Returns + Exchanges
We can refund or exchange any hair that is rolled up with the elastic bands still around the wefts.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery. Refunds can be given to the original payment method once the hair is returned to us, minus a 10% restocking fee.
We cannot refund, replace, or exchange hair that has been chemically
altered (colored, toned, rooted, permed).
Once packages are sent out, any delays in shipping or lost
packages are beyond our control and we cannot refund shipping costs.
Kindly consider a few extra days in shipment time.
To report any quality issues with your hair, please send an email to support@weftsandwaves.com including your order number and the specific wefts that are affected. We handle each case individually and will decide on the appropriate solution, but please note that refunds are not available and store credit will be issued.

Color Matching
As human hair donors come with varying colors and textures, along with the manufacturing process, slight color differences may occur. If you are not satisfied with the color of your hair extensions, please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy above.
